1. AUTHENTICITY: All items have been inspected and 100% guarantee to be original.
2. SHIPPING: All packages are shipped via UPS and/or USPS.  When you call to place an order we will give you shipping cost with or without insurance.  We pack all merchandise to the best of our ability.  Customers will be offered insurance through UPS and/or USPS. Customers assume responsibility once the package is picked up by UPS and/or USPS.  Lost and Found Relics, management, owners, and employees will not be held responsible for any damages and/or loss of merchandise!  Customers will be sent a package tracking number via telephone and/or email.
3. PAYMENT: We accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, If paying by Pay-Pal please add 4 % to items cost, Personal Checks, and Money Orders.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery if sending a personal check or until the personal check clears our financial institution. ***United States Funds Only! 4. RETURNS: Customer is responsible for all returns.  Customer is responsible for all shipping if a return of merchandise must be completed.  The customer is also responsible for the price difference for merchandise if any. ***All sales are final. No refunds-Only exchanges. All Civil War relics must be returned within 14 days if you are not satisfied.  Civil War relic returns are a full refund minus shipping and insurance.
5. PRICING: Prices on merchandise can change! They are not set in stone.
6. TAXES: Tennessee residents must include 9.75% sales tax
7. LAYAWAY: We will give you a 90 day layaway plan with an initial 25% down payment and the rest due at the end of 90 days.  If you decide to cancel your layaway 10% of your 25% down payment will not be refunded.
